Registration Process

Parents of new players may obtain, fill out, and turn in registration forms during our walk-in registration days, normally held in the middle of January. New players must also provide a copy of their original birth certificate to be kept on file with GMJBA.

Parents of returning players may download and fill out the registration forms that are available on the web site or fill out the ones mailed to you when the registration period starts. GMJBA encourages parents to use the on-line forms as we are considering the discontinuation of the registration mailings.

The following forms MUST be submitted in order for your child, new or returning, to be eligible to play baseball for GMJBA:

1. Player Registration Form
2. Copy of original birth certificate (new players only)

Medical Consent and Player / Parent Code of Conduct forms will be handled by the coaches. These forms will not be included in the registration packet.

Information Night is part of the registration process and GMJBA strongly encourages parents of ALL players to attend. This is a great opportunity for you to meet the GMJBA Board of Directors and learn about the association, its goals, and the upcoming season. Information Night is typically held mid- to late-January.
